Our association switched to Property Specialists, Inc eight months ago. So far, I have been impressed with the quality of service and professionalism during my communications with them. I received responses in a reasonable amount of time. The representative I interacted with most recently, Brittany, was especially polite and responsive to our needs. While my recent concern hasn't been completely resolved yet, I am confident that it will be followed up with until it is indeed resolved. It has been refreshing to communicate with someone in a manner shows that they take pride in their work.

I think that says a lot about how you guys treat your people and how well you run your company . I have largely the same core group of guys over the last 12+ years as well. I just really enjoy seeing a family owned and operated organization doing great year after year.

As a former board president I would highly suggest serving your community as a board member for at least 2 years if you can. I enjoyed working with Cristy and the other board members as we always had something to deal with in our community of 374 houses that border the golf course. New faces on the board mean learning more about our community, the people in it, and coming up with new ideas.

PSI, Inc.'s interactive Portal is a huge improvement over our previous static web site. While I am still improving my Portal learning and navigation skills, I can see that it is going to be so informative for the Board and our owners who use it. I am glad to see that all more recent work orders and violations are posted for the Board's review.

Just thought I'd let you know that I tried this, checking a lot of sections of it, and everything works. Considering a) I'm not exactly Olympic Team level re computer literacy, and b) lots of touted (by IT departments!) IT upgrades I experienced when I was still working had lots of problems, that's pretty impressive!
