Property Specialist, Inc. encourages all service providers to become a certified vendor of Property Specialist, Inc. VIVE will collect a W9, trade license image, and appropriate insurance documentation plus coverage levels that are based upon the scope of work each firm provides for communities managed by Property Specialist, Inc. managed communities. The predetermined minimum insurance requirements are recommended by industry insurance risk managers relevant to the work being performed at our client’s properties. The registration process is quick and easy. For a nominal annual fee of $150, any firm can become a certified vendor for all properties managed by Property Specialist, Inc.
